These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Biimo platform. By subscribing to or using our services, you fully agree to the conditions described herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Biimo platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any of our plans, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any clause, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Biimo is a SaaS platform for corporate asset management that enables registration, tracking, inventory checks, and reporting on the lifecycle of the customer's physical assets. Available features vary depending on the contracted plan.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential, for the information registered on the platform, and for all actions taken in their account. Use of the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes is prohibited.

4. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Pricing, terms, and conditions for each plan are disclosed at the time of subscription. The service is billed recurrently according to the chosen frequency (monthly or annual). Cancellation may be requested at any time and takes effect from the next billing cycle, with no refund for amounts already paid, unless expressly provided in the contract.

5. Availability and Support

Biimo strives to keep the platform available with high performance, but may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance. Technical support is provided according to the contracted plan.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the software, brand, layout, content, and features of the platform are exclusively owned by Biimo. Data entered by the customer remains their property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biimo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from misuse of the platform, the customer's connectivity issues, or events of force majeure.

8. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail or platform notice. Continued use after the change implies agreement with the new version.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any disputes, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
